Phase 1: The Pre-VIP Strategy Session
Before your VIP Day, we will hop on a quick 45-minute Zoom call. We will review your agency goals, look at your current team setup, and prioritize exactly what needs to be fixed. You will walk away feeling clear and ready to hand the reins over to me. You will also get exclusive access to my customized Guidebook, Checklist, and Client Portal.
Phase 2: Organized in a Day Execution. (I work, you relax)
On the day of your intensive, you get my undivided attention for 7 full hours dedicated solely to your Google Workspace. You go about your normal day and serve your clients while I work behind the scenes to take care of one or all of the following:
Build a Standardized Drive Architecture: I create a clear, scalable folder system with strict naming conventions so your team can find any client asset in seconds.

Not at all! We only spend 45 minutes together on our Pre-VIP Strategy Call. On the actual day, I work behind the scenes while you focus on your clients or take the afternoon off. I may just ping you a few times on messenger of choice if a quick question pops up.
